Wisconsin Evangelical Lutheran Synod (WELS)

Beautiful Savior Evangelical Lutheran Church is a member of the Wisconsin Evangelical Lutheran Synod, a Christian community of over 1200 congregation and 400,000 baptized members.

Our church body is called "Wisconsin" because that is where our church began its work. Our church body is called "Evangelical" because we are dedicated to preaching and teaching the good news of Jesus Christ. Our church body is called "Lutheran" because we hold to the six Lutheran Confessions of the church as faithful testimonies to the truth of the Bible. And our church body is called "Synod" because we are spiritual brothers and sisters walking together in faith and in a life of faith.
